Corrupted Scooter

I built this for a trade with Jeff Phips Upholstery in Fort Lauderdale. He gave my plain steel seat pan some comfort and style. His leather work fit my bike like a glove. I took the hollow scooter he had and put some life in it, and made everything a crazy kid would want to cruise the neighborhood in.
